the kid in english.

Today in English this kid (I guess you could say he's been the kid with no friends since 4th grade) mouthed-off a little to the teacher and obviously looked upset. The teacher pulled him out in the hallway to talk with him. The minute the door shut behind them the classroom blew up in identicle phrases- "What's his deal?... God he's so weird...Hahahaha...What's his problem?... I hate that guy." It felt like they were talking about my brother (the one who's sick); they weren't.

If anything good has come from my brother's differences from the world around him and forever state of being misunderstood, I've learned to never rant, rave, and judge others without knowing the whole story. Who knows what the kid in the hall is going through, everyone is human. Just because you can go home to a loving family with a warm meal waiting for you doesn't mean the same goes for the person next to you. It's incredibly hard, but we have to take into consideration where others come from. Who am I to judge the girl's behavior next to me who looks like she's going to cry? She may have just lost a parent, a friend, a boyfriend. There comes a point where we have to have sympathy towards each other.

Just a rant on humanity. Kids in high school are shitty... and that sadly never goes away.

from that dancer guy to you,
Tony
